A Season of Prayer: For an Election & For All the Saints

We invite you to our next Prayer Challenge, A Season of Prayer: For an Election and for all the Saints.

Joining with Episcopalians around the country, we will participate in “A Season of Prayer: For an Election” from Forward Movement October 29-November 6. We will also share a second prayer each day that points us to the richness of All Saints Day—remembering those who have gone before, celebrating a renewal of our Baptismal Vows, and more. Finally, there will be opportunities for in-person prayer, worship, and more over the nine days.

Each day, those who subscribe will receive an email message with a prayer about the election, and a prayer connected to All Saints’ Day. Combining these two themes is a poignant reminder of our Christian Hope, grounded in our responsibility to be a voice of Hope for all people in our own day and age. If you received our Fall Prayer Challenge emails, you are already subscribed; if not, look in our weekly updates and on our website for the subscription information. if you wish to unsubscribe for this challenge, please e-mail Fr. Ben so he can adjust the email list accordingly.

In addition to the daily email, there are opportunities nearly every day for communal prayer at St. John’s. Dates, times, events, and locations are shared below:
